A man who loves his family…
A couple months back I was with my sweet friend Katie.. I remember being with her as the news came through that no one wants to hear… Her dad found out that he has brain cancer and needed surgery right away. Awe the tears were shed, the unknowns flooded her mind, along with her families.. she headed out on a plane to see her dad as he faced this time. But as serious as it was and still is, and as they face each day at time.. Katie’s dad continues to love Jesus, continues to lead his family to Jesus, continues to tap into the grace and strength that Jesus so graciously gives him. The love he has for his wife and his family is amazing. I was able to finally meet Katie’s dad and mom this morning and I was beyond blessed to be part of this mornings photo session. I was able to capture the love, the tears, the laughter and the sweet moment of family being together.. So many unknowns and a long journey a head.. but Jesus is near, Jesus continues to pour Himself on this family. I love my sweet Katie and I love her family and I am honored to be part of capturing this mornings moments for them.
